The check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. The location offered great parking right by my room. The shower in my King Room had excellent water pressure, really refreshing in the morning. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. There were long hairs on the floor and the coffee maker needed a good clean with old coffee grinds inside. The lack of a hairdryer was inconvenient, and I encountered several issues with the TV setup that required constant reconfiguration with my phone and internet. A large gap in the shower door allowed water to leak out. I enjoyed the shower and convenient parking but had significant issues with cleanliness and amenities.

The hotel was clean and had large rooms. The staff were friendly and always had a smile. Booked a room with fridge. It was nice to have central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location for Niagara Falls was magnificent, very close to surrounding attractions and Very close to outlet mall and other shopping area. Also, the venue was 1 mile away from Waves Indoor Waterpark...

The stay here was enjoyable for family vacation. We were in a perfect and easy location near Avenue Inn and other shopping area. It also was close to everything.

Favourable location in Lundy's Lane district near other shopping area, restaurants and shopping and outlet mall. Cheap room with a very comfy bed and a nice bathroom.

Well priced hotel in a CONVENIENT position very close to the falls. Location just off outlet mall and other shopping area, many areas, and Hamilton. For tea or coffee visit Soups & Things nearby.

The showerhead provided a refreshing experience, and the gentleman at the desk was polite, ensuring that I received a new coffee maker and hair dryer promptly. The price of the stay was reasonable, aligning well with my budget for work travel.

Request a room away from families to ensure a quieter stay, especially during weekends.
